Lu Ming， Vice President of China Electronics Corporation (CEC), Chairman and President of Great Wall Technology Company Limited(GWT).

    He was qualified as the professor senior engineer. He graduated from Wuhan University with the computational mathematics specialty in 1976, and graduated from Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) with a master’s degree in computer science in 1981, and completed postgraduate studies in the Laboratory of renowned physicist and Nobel Prize winner Doctor Ding Zhaozhong in Hamburg, Germany. He was previously the Deputy Director and Deputy Chief Engineer in the R&D department of China Computer Technology Service Company; was the Technology Principal in the computer project in the Computer Management Bureau in Ministry of Electronics Industry; was the General Manager of Great Wall Computer R&D Company; was the Chief Engineer and Deputy General Manager in Great Wall Computer Development (Shenzhen) Company; and was the Director as well as General Manager of China Great Wall Group.

    He also is the Vice President of Computer Engineering and Application Institute of Chinese Institute of Electronics, and the Vice President in the Digital 3C Industry Alliance of China Information Industry Trade Association (CIITA).

    He held the National Sci-Tech Progress Award (II) and the Ministry Sci-Tech Progress Award (I) before. He was entitled to honors such as the National Model Worker in the electronics industry in 1995 and the Guangdong Province “May Day” Labor Medal in 1997.
